DISCLOSURE STATEMENT under ITALIAN LAW 196 June 30th 2003 (“Codice per la protezione dei dati personali” – PRIVACY LAW)

Personal data acquired by RTT S.p.A. and its subsidiaries, both by paper and electronic tools, will be used for the sole activity of applicant recruiting and selection. The data could be also available for external head hunter companies, working with RTT for their own selections. Even if the data transmission cannot be mandatory for the applicant, no-sharing will impede to RTT evaluation of applicant’s attitudes and expertise. According to the Italian Law 196 June 30th 2003, every subject has the right to view their own data as well as ask for any correction and integration. Delete or block them can be asked as well, under the cases provided by law. Accepting the previous statements, I authorize RTT and its subsidiaries to process and communicate my data, fairly under the Italian law rules and limits.
